Earth-Friendly Agriculture: A Farmer’s Guide to Carbon Sequestration

Global leaders are inviting agricultural producers around the world to join in finding solutions to combat climate change. Specifically, carbon sequestration refers to the capacity of agricultural lands and forests to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere through supplying nutrients and maintaining soil microbes, soil erosion control, vegetation or revegetation, and cover cropping, among other regenerative agricultural methods. This session will explore the return on investment of carbon sequestration in blueberry production.
