This session is presented by Naturipe.  Learn the role of retail sales data and household purchase behavior data in understanding what drives growth in food categories. Research shows that 96% of Kroger shoppers use loyalty cards, and those cards provide a lot of valuable data. This session will unpack how shoppers use loyalty programs, what drives decision-making and what we can learn from shoppers’ behaviors. It will also take a look at how USHBC is starting to use and share panel data.
