USHBC Good Practices Committee Meeting

Meeting to discuss the most pressing issues for the Good Practices Committee. This committee helps maintain consumer confidence and ensures that consumers receive a safe, wholesome product. The committee also educates growers and handlers about best practices and regulations governing safe food production, supports the industry’s quality control programs by providing good management practices information and coordinates and facilitates the USHBC crisis management plan.
