Dr. Harry M. Kaiser

Dr. Kaiser is the Gellert Family Professor of Applied Economics and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, Cornell University. Dr. Kaiser is a national and internationally renowned expert in the economics of generic advertising and promotion programs. He has written 150 refereed journal articles, five books, 17 book chapters, over 150 research bulletins, and received $8 million in research grants in the area of agricultural marketing with an emphasis on promotion programs. Dr. Kaiser received the Distinguished Member Award from the Northeastern Association of Agricultural and Resource Economics in 2002 and in 2009. He was the lead author of a book on all commodity checkoff programs in California, and in 2017, was elected a Fellow of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association.
