Liability Waiver (action required)

Those attending the event in person in Salem, Oregon, must complete a liability waiver by September 22.

We can’t wait to get back together in person in Salem this September. Creating a healthy and COVID-appropriate environment for all participants, staff, sponsors and exhibitors attending our event is of utmost importance to us. We’re monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and are working closely with health, local government, facility and other authorities to meet and exceed public health and safety protocols.

To ensure the health and safety of everyone involved in this event, attendees traveling to Salem will be asked to complete a brief COVID-19 questionnaire prior to their arrival.

Based on current facility and local guidelines, the following protocols are in place, but we’ll continue monitoring the situation and update any protocols as necessary prior to the event. Please check back frequently for updates.

 

Physical Distancing

Social distancing is no longer required, however, it is appropriate for employees and attendees to choose to socially distance themselves and should be respected accordingly.

 

Personal Protective Equipment

Based on current local guidelines, face masks are currently required for all indoor and most outdoor public settings, regardless of vaccination status. We will continue to monitor this and provide updates as they are made available, and will have face masks available on site.

 

Cleaning and Sanitizing

The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing will remain increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces including countertops, escalators, elevators, elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, stair and escalator handrails, dining surfaces and all seating areas and tables.

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event and will be placed at key contact areas such as reception areas, entrances, stairs, elevators and escalators in public spaces.
