The host hotel, The Grand Hotel Salem, is conveniently connected to the Salem Convention Center, where all meetings will take place. When you arrive at the hotel, free parking is available in the parking garage on the ground floor of the hotel and convention center. Map it!

Airport Information:
Salem is just over one hour from the Portland airport (PDX), which is the closest and most convenient airport for this event. A rental car is your best bet for getting from the airport to the hotel.
Scheduling Notes:
If you are joining us for the full week of events, plan to arrive in Salem by 5pm on Monday, September 27 for our opening reception.
The week ends with an optional blueberry tour on Friday, October 1 that will be self-guided, so you can plan your schedule accordingly. Because you get to choose your own adventure, you can start and end when it works best for you! If your schedule is flexible, you could plan to leave around 8am and be finished just after 12-1pm. You choose how long your adventure goes!
